MSSQL database profile in PB 10.2.1

I am trying to create a new db profile in pb 10.2.1,
i choose:
namespace System.data.oledb,
provider SQLOLEDB
and the rest connection details
and i get the error message "assemlby PBDATA100 was not found"

Searching over the net i found that there is a pbdata100.dll by i can't find it.

Could anyone help me to create this new profile?

Did you install the OLE DB drivers when you installed Powerbuilder?

Yes, i also unistalled pb and .net 2.0 and reinstalled them again, in my new pb installation i chose complete installation but it didn' t work either.

any hint?
