Is there any easy ways to export the data from an SQL server to an Access database?

Is there any softwares? and if so are there any functions or stuff i loose when exporting the data?

A straight up data export, table to table, from SQL Server to Access is pretty straight forward. Use the export wizard that calls the DTS data pump and go for it.
