MSSOAP error

I am running Windows 2000 server with Citrix on it.
Recently I am getting the following error.
Soap error: XML Parser failed at linenumber 1, lineposition 0, reason is: No data is available for the requested resource.

I am not a programmer, just the administrator. Nothing has been upgraded on the box.
Any ideas from anyone?
I can't find any info on this error

did anyone put IE7 on that Citrix server?

Was anything installed recently? Also, is this in 2000 or the Citrix?

No IE 7.
The error is in the Windows 2000 Event log.
Am going through the links provided but most of them relate to programmers getting the error with their code, not just standard server usage.
