Also getting File System Capacity Error and 1 drive has failed.

Questions:
1. How do you clear the /var space in use to reduce the % to normal parameters?
2. What causes the logs to fill and what preventive maintenance runs on the MSS for logging?
3. Is this condition because I have a drive failure?

Is this a MSS H ? If it is do not restart it before you replace the failed drive.

The space is due to the temp files for outbound smtp.

After you replace the failed drive then restart it and check the temp files if you have the root password for the MSS if you do not have the root password then you can't clear it.
