MSS Mailbox lock

Have a single mailbox that continually locks. The MM Administrator unlocks the mailbox but within minutes the mailbox again shows as Locked.

This is a MM 3.0, single MAS on patch level 7.0.540.15 (SP2).

The Subscriber Activity log shows Imap4 activity, the Internet Log - IMAP4 - show ERR_ACC_LOCK. I don't see any Caller Apps on the MAS that would be pointing to this mailbox. Could this be an external script from the CM that would cause this?

Has anyone seen this before?
 
this is because a client or outlook subscriber plug-in is trying to log in to the mailbox over and over on someones PC and it is locking it out.

You can trace the IP of the offending PC in the IMAP log of the MSS and figure out who is doing it.

Ken, can you send me the steps to search the log and what login would you need to use?
 
just look in the imap smtp log on the mss and do a find on the mailbox number then look to see what IP was accessing it.
