MSS Application state stopped

I have installed single server MM, MSS running but the application state remains stopped. MAS is running and application state is running.

What am I missing?

Validate that the Windows Product Key you entered is correct.

I think the MAS is ok, windows key is good, windows has been activated and I have done the updates of the windows.

MSS is reachable, the voice is started, also latest service pack and patch.

When you say single server MM are you referring to the System Platform MM with the virtual MSS & MAS or are you referring to a single MAS for ports on an MSS storage server MM?

no indeed the system platform with the MM template.
