mss 4.0 IP change

We have a MSS in production. Looking for the correct procedure to change the IP address. I tried changing it in the TCP config however I get a "not modified sucessfully" message.

The brain is a wonderful organ; it starts working the moment you get up in the morning, and does not stop until you get to the office.
