Where can I get a list of codes such as TRUNC, DISTN to be used in MsQuery for both formatting and calculations

erm - in any kinda book about SQL I would imagine...

Rgds, Geoff

Well, he's kind of had it in for DPlank ever since he accidentally ran over his dog. Actually, replace "accidentally" with "repeatedly," and replace "dog" with "son."

Please read FAQ222-2244 before you ask a question

Just a thought,...but the functions that are available and their syntax might be driver specific.

I.E.
leading and trailing '#' signs for dates may be required for some db's and not others.

While yet other thngs that can jam up an msquery could be the use of " instead of ' to define text.
