MSQ620, Problem when I entry

When I entry in the program MSQ620 display an error "You're no authorized for this Method" or when I entry the comments only can see thats comments in MSO620. I review the security in the MSQ020 an is OK. That problem was when change the server, because always run very good.
Any person want to help me .

In MSO810 your employee deatils. Make sure you have your settings for Work Order Originator and Work Order Authoriser are set to Y
