Hi, folks. I am trying to help a gal in my church create a new publication using Publisher 2007. She desires to create a publication using tabloid paper where it will be folded in half and, effectively, then be letter-sized portrait pages.

1) Is there a template "out of the box" to facilitate this?

or

2) Can someone please walk us through setting this up for one tabloid-sized page (equal to a four page pub once folded in half); and then how to adjust if we need to go beyond a four-page pub (more than one tabloid page)?

Thank you!

Eric

Haven't used Pub 07 yet, but your doing a "booklet." When you go to page set up or you choose your design from the gallery (ie, perhaps you'll choose a folded design from the catelogue) it's fairly simple.

Publisher will set up 4 blank pages for you in letter size...after you've selected your paper size (Tabloid?) and orientation in Page Set-Up. If you insert pages, you'll be told that you need to insert 4 at a time.

When it prints the booklet, it prints them out in the correct order so you don't have to worry about that. ie, in a one page publication, you'll get pages 1 and 4 printed on one side, and 2 and 3 on the other. WHen you fold over, voile, it's in order.
