MSProxy2 and http ports

I have a MS Proxy2 server and continually run into an issue where a user will need and a bunch of other ports.
Can the HTTP portion of proxy be modified to allow other ports? I found the Microsoft doc that refers to HTTPS, but have not found anything for HTTP.

(Management disallows any WinSock Proxy efforts because you cannot filter content through WinSock, so that is out.)
I have a 'caching only' proxy box with the majority of port security handled via Firewall-1 security.
