mspalarmsvc error on BCM400 3.6????

I get this message on browser logs of a BCM400 3.6:

"TrapAgentAPI.GenerateSnmpTrap failed. Error code = 2. Error code description = <The current filter disables traps for the given event type.>
Error: 02-AUG-2007 11:28:28, mspalarmsvc Y:\bcm_lps\bcm\UnifiedManager\UM\Services\AlarmSvc\src\AlmSync.cpp, line 974"

what does this mean and how to resovle this
