MSO627 Incident Logging

We've been implemented logsheet MSO627 to Fix Plant Maintenance that use Total Productive Maintenance System.
The logsheet used by operator in the control room of Power Plant to report any alarm or mistake in the time, shift and daily basis incident, which possible occurs in the equipments.
If any incident, operator will record incident, and if first line maintenance (operation group) can handled the problem, they can close the incident logsheet. But if they can't handled or they have the following consideration:
- need longer time (duration)
- need many resource to fix them
- need many material or parts
they should create WO that assigned to maintenance department, with only take one action.
And if your department use establishment, the WO can be set to directly assign to get approval from maintenance dept.
Once the logsheet create WO you can set procedure depend your organization.
In the different power plant, once logsheet create WO the logsheet will be closed. This means that the incident or problem fully assign and under responsible maintenance department.
In othe company, the want logsheet closed after WO from maintenance department closed.
This describtion may be inline with your plan to use logsheet to support daily activity.

This is of great help for me, at the moment I've explored the module and updated the tables in order to create entry in the database. The program is wonderful has given me the idea on how improve our existing work procedure especially on activity logging per shift.
I even make a MIMSVu query for the module the problem I encountered in on how to convert MIMS hour strucrute to have this format 7:00 there's no specific formula to convert the hour data. Do you have any idea for HOUR convertion format.
