Mso.dll crashing office 2003

I have a user on our network when anytime he goes to attach a file to email Winword.exe returns a mso.dll error and choaks.

Funny thing is, when I log another user in and set up exchange with him the same way, there is no problem.

The user is also "roaming" so ANY computer on the network returns the same error.

I've tried completely re-installing office and that didn't work either..

Anyone hit this?

You may have a damaged user profile, you will need to login as the Administrator and correct the problem.
