MSO 2003 won't install , says CAB files are missing when they aren't

Hi,

I'm having a mare installing a fresh copy of MSO 2003 on a new install of win XP Pro with SP3.

The install keeps stopping saying it can't find some CAB files, but they are on the CD.

I've copied files to hard drive and tried - no good.

I've edited the reg key for office delivery source - no good

I've cleared temp folder - no good

Any ideas?
