MSN to Outlook Express

I have an Msn and yahoo E-mail account both of which are very active accounts (around 30 a day), I run windows XP Pro with outlook Express 6 the main problem is i can not get outlook to download the folders so i can read my MSN mail in outlook it keeps say tempory out of service but it has said this for over six months, I have checked my Account details and they are all correct

if anyone could help me with this i would be eternally greatful
