HI,

Is there any way of allowing msn through isa 2000 without installing the firewall client on client pc's?

Thanks,

Only if you put in the msn to use a proxy, or take the configuration of IE. to do that check in tools/options/connet

try to use msn messenger 7.5 or windows messenger 5.0 versions.

hope its helps

We've used MSN Messenger without needing to install the firewall client. In our case, we had the clients set up as SecureNAT Clients, with a router between the internal network and the ISA server. Default gateway of the client PCs was the router and the router in turn pointed to the ISA server.

Cheers
