msn through isa

My system administrator said he permitted me to use my MSN through our isa server. he premitted the tcp 1863 outgoing.
Dispite of this, i am still unable to use it.
what should it set in the connection tab of msn?
sock 4 or sock 5 proxy?
and what is the port number?

Ensure he also sets port 569 for outgoing connections.
