The folder “C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\MSN\db” contains numerous files with the extension .SDF as well as others (.1A, .1B, .1F, .2F, .5E, etc.).

Information about (or references to article that describe) what these files contain would be appreciated.

In addition, is it safe to delete all the .1A, .1B, etc. and .SDF files? Will the MSN application automatically restore/synchronize the information upon the next login?

Thank you for your assistance.
