A problem I was working on was finally solved, and I thought I would pass along the "resolution"...
The problem is discussed in thread608-588985 is the summary:
A home user has MSN 8.5 on Windows 98SE, using IE6.0, connected via SBC DSL. Approximately 6/5/2003, their MSN email client no longer will synchronize with their hotmail account. There is no errror message, but no emails are sent or recv'd. When the same account is checked via the hotmail account, the user can send and receive messages.
The user cancelled their DSL contract and indicates that their email started working immediately.
