MSN Messenger 7.0 with video and audio communication

Messenger 7 is supported on Windows 2000. So it should be possible.
Your next step would be to get a webcam that is supported on Windows 2000. that is has drivers for Windows 2000.
Then just configure the audio and video from within Messenger 7.
