MSMAIL stops working after Netware upgrade

I just upgraded the hardware on Netware 5.0 server running Service Pack 4. I restored MSMAIL files over to the sys volume but now I cannot receive emails. Did the folder get corrupted possibly? Do I have to reinstall it? If so, what are the specifics? Thanks!!
