I have a client using an MSL6000 with Commvault to backup all servers. The client wants to start taking tapes offsite on a weekly basis for DR.
The challenge is for a non-technical end-user to assume the task of removing the previous nights backup tape from the library every Friday and reloading a slot on Monday.
Since Commvault is not a very end-user friendly application, how can I go about configuring it so that every Friday, the previous nights backup tape is automatically moved into the mail slot, and the user just has to be showed how to retrieve it from the library?
Is this a feasible solution?
