I have just built a new UC server and installed it on MSL 9.2.22.0. It seemed to be running fine, allbeit a bit memory hungry.
Every few days it locks up, can ping but the power light is on, and I have to hard reset.

The alarm level is always showing as critical with the below message:

Current server congestion level 1, description CONG_YELLOW, DebugLevel: 1, BlockProvisioning: 0, BlockSIPRegistration: 0,PercentInboundDrops: 0, PercentOutboundDrops: 0, reason cpu

I press the clear alarm button and it does say Alarms cleared, but still has System alarm status: Critical.

Anyone got any ideas what I can try???

Sorry meant to say:

Every few days it locks up, can't ping but the power light is on, and I have to hard reset.

did it happend with previous version of MSL? I am about to install MSL (new version) to be used as MBG.

What server are you using for installing MSL on? Memory and processor?

Regards,

Daniel

It's going onto new hardware, but no it didn't happen on the old version.

Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E6550 @ 2.33GHz
8Gb RAM

I've switched it over to a dl380 g4 and it's running ok now. Thanks anyway guys
