MSL 100 TRAP Need remove LINE CARD

Problem Nortel SL100 Line Draw 3. Line Card 0 a POTS (IBN) NT6X17BA Card had been assigned a DN, which should not have been done. Anyway trying to remove it. Try using Servord (OUT & CLN), deleteing & CHG from Table LNINV, but will not take. When QDN or QLEN it casues a CM119 dead Trapped. Any idles on how to unassigned this LENs??
