MSJAVA.DLL Crashes Program

I had to have my hard drive reformatted and then I restored my web files from back up. Now when I pull up the web site in Front Page and try to go from page to page, I get this error and the program crashes. I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling Front Page, but that didn't help. It also says some about "stack dump" and gives a MFC42.DLL error. Could someone tell me in laymans terms, what the problem is? Please Help!! I need to resolve this as quickly as possible. Thanks!

P.S. My tech had me download I.E. 6.0, could this cause a problem?
