HELP!!! What have I done? This after trying to replace
RICHKA Enterprises with RICHKA Endeavours in OfficeXP I
Folowed Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 290528 and now
this?! Plus I still got it!
5 minutes into Outlook Express I get the above fatal crash!
Now I have to go elsewhere for mail and news!

I don't know the cause or the problem, but...

Generally speaking, uninstalling then reinstalling the offending software (i.e. Outlook Express) is generally a first step to resolving problems. Restoring the .dll file may also help.

Or - you could try installing a different mail / news viewer! (e.g. Netscape, Mozilla, Opera, Eudora...)
