Please can someone tell me what the problem is and how it can be solved.

Thank You,

I had that problem trying to install a few certain programs with my 98 machine, one program in particular was Padus diskjuggler, it would give me that error message when I tried to install. Turns out I had a virus that made a boo-boo in that file, as well as explorer.exe and some others. Check your pc for the cih virus.
