I am using Veritas discover software to put across my programs, on a Windows 2000 server with XP clients. My problem is after trying to remove two msi packages which were causing conflict, on every reboot the clients are uninstalling them, resulting in 15 minute boot ups. I have removed all traces of the offending software from both server and clients and am now at a complete loss. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

i say if u went to the regedit & del the file that load these files to access the msi & restart the pc then reinstall it & i think it will be good

Did you try stopping the Windows Installer service on the workstations? A+, MCP, CCNA
