MSI package problems

since I have to install and then uninstall an unmanaged application on all our workstations...I've created an msi package for the application to install with group policy and then uninstall it using GP. The problem I have now is that after installing the app using the MSI package with group policy (MSI package that I created, btw) over the unamaged version on a test PC, I uninstalled it...now when that test pc starts up it gives me the error "unable to find vbscript engine to run script login-test.vbs" or something like that. Any ideas what that is or what files I have to include in the exclusions for the winstall disco to avoid this error?
