Hello

I'm using Crystal Reports V9 to report against an MS Access 2000 Database. I have no need to use ODBC, or anything fancy, I am just using Crystal Reports to report on the data because I prefer the report writing in Crystal to MS Access.

However, I keep getting the MSI API Error: 80004005 - usually when I have been using Crystal for a while, shut it down and then go back in (i.e. after I have used another application). When I get the error, all applicatiosn shut down and my PC restarts.

I'm using Windows 2000 Professional Edition.

Any idea how to fix it, or what is causing it - our help desk just keep trying to reset my profile which doesn't work.

Cheers
