msgbox to prompt Compact and repair on close of DB

What I am looking to do is....

When a user clicks to close the database using the close button. I want a msgbox to appear asking them whether they want to compact and repair or not.
vbYes then I want the database to compact repair and close.
Else Quit
I don't want this to happen everytime the database is accessed an close, hence not using the Tools > Options....

Any ideas
