I have a report that my users use to print their orders from. This report (Order) prints in a different office so I need a way to show them that it has been printed so they don't duplicate an order. Thanks
Just a thought. I don't know how to do this within Access itself. But if I recall correctly, some printers actually have as an option a confirmation message on printing. So if you are using Windows, you may want to try clicking START > Settings > Printers, then right-click on the relevant printer icon and have a look through the various setting options to see if this is the case for that particular printer. If so, you would have to do this on each user's computer. Good luck.
