Client is using pvm pc card vm r3.

Is it possible to assign an extension MW capability/notification for other extenions? For example, if phantom mb are created (for selector code assignments), can I use another extension(s)' MW LED to notify an admin there are messages in their departmental (phantom extension) mb?

nope - you can buy standalone message waiting lights to use as long as the phantom mailbox has a real extension
