MSG LIGHTS ON 3904 ACD PHONES 2

ON OPTION 11 RLS 25.40B, ACD PHONES WILL NOT GET MESSAGE NOTIFICATION FROM MER MAIL. THESE ARE 3904 SETS.
IF I REMOVE ACD KEY 0 AND PUT PRIME DN ON KEY 0 MESSAGE LIGHT WORKS FINE.

For a message waiting light to work the DN must be on key 0 or must be a single appearance of that DN. If not the light will never turn on.

One way to get around this is to put a unique DN on the set and use that as the MWI DN such as the rollover line.

It will work if it is single appearance SCN MARPED.
Multiple apperance will not work

If you are using MCR keys, try a single SCR key for their personal extension.

we solved that with cls LMPX and xmwk keys for the 04's in the acd group..

LMPX in the cls and the mail key should look like;

Key 11 XMWK XXXX(voicemail DN) XXXX (Mailbox number)

11 XMWK 3353 7700
