Msg for you Disappears

MICS 2.0 with Flash 2.0. Msg for you disappears from DN after a couple days of DN no use. Msg for you reappears after DN is used again. Seems like a MICS software issue.

I saw the same thing today on a MICS 6.1 and Callpilot 2.0.

upgrade and see if it goes away...to mics 3.0 ver 5.11 or mics 5.0 ..and make sure your on last release on flash

Before spending money on an upgrade I would do some cheaper trouble shooting first like switch the phone with another and if still a problem switch ports then out the ext and reprogram everything or change DN then back again or sitch cable pairs in case pair is weak or near its max length....make sure all connections to vmail are good and reboot both systems also or remove mailbox and re-create.
