MSG delivery delay NP 4.2, MAS 3.0 with 3300 5.0

NuPoint 4.2 on MAS 3.0 with 3300 5.0

Customer complains about occasional msg delivery delay (seems to happen primarily over the weekend)...

Example: customer comes in on Monday Morning and sees MWI and plays msgs, thus turning off MWI. Shortly after they see the MWI again, and this time it is a msg from Friday. Or they may not see MWI when they first come in on Monday but an hour or so into the morning the MWI will be flashing and it is a vm from a few days earlier.

I have had this happen with Verizon Wireless, but this is the first time with phone system voicemail.

Any Ideas?

Might be simply a MWI issue.

Do you use Mitai MWI and if so what is the setting for System Option:

SUPERSET Callback Message Cancel Timer - (Default = 24)

This option should be blank if using Mitai MWI.

If you are the solutionPARTNER I would open a PS ticket. This may have been seen in other sites. It's worth a quick call.

My coworker had been working this site, but I am assisting...my coworkers seem intimidated by forums and don't use them, for some strange reason...I'll check kwb's idea and then at next incident, I'll place a ticket for TS...Professional Services installed this before we had any certification or knowledge of the NuPoint, so I am just starting to dig around in there.

The Superset Cancel Callback MW Timer was still defaulted I cleared it and now I'll wait and see.
