MSflexgrid - Manipulating cell properties (word wrap, width)

I am using a MSflexgrid to display various fields some of which can be large and I would like for my application to automatically adjust the size so that the user doesn't have to adjust the cells themselves. Ideally I would like it to word wrap after a set number of characters. Any ideas or combination of settings that I missed will be most appreciated.
