MSExchangeSA EVent ID 9098 - 0x80070005 Access Denied

I have a client running a number of Exchange 2003 servers. Each server
periodically logs the MAD.EXE events 9095 and 9096 followed by event ID
9098 with the code 0x80070005 - Access denied.

Any one experienced this situation and have a resolution?

Thanks for your reply Marc, but that KBA article isnt the resolution to my problem.
The error indication is "Access is Denied 0x80070005" and not "unable to read its configuration from the DS"

Any other ideas?
