I can change the font & get more columns to print per page.

How do you get more lines (rows) to print per page?

Thanks,

Mike

Change the row size (Format > Row > Height) or change your margins in Page Setup under the File menu

I believe you may need to adjust fontsize to agree with new row heights.

Cutting a row height in half may cut your font in half.

Maybe someone out there knows a neat way to auto-adjust the font size proportional to row height.

Mike,

Go to Print Preview.

There, you can do things like...

click the Margins Button - change margins by dragging
click Setup... and change scaling

I often choose

Scaling Fit To option and make it

1 page(s) wide by 999 page(s) tall

to fit all my columns across

Hope this helps :)
