Hi
Whenver i reboot my computer MSDTC.EXE keeps spiking at 100% cpu usage and i cant really do nething else. I checked around on the internet and found that there was a Microsoft Distributed Transaction Coordinator DoS and microsoft released a hotfix for this which i tried to download and install but since i have SP3 it had already been applied.
Anyone got any ideas on how i can get stop msdtc.exe from killing my cpu? i dont use it and have IIS disabled.
Thanks in advance.
