MSDTC Failed Event ID 1168

I am getting the following in the System Log in Event Viewer 'Compaq Cluster Agent: The cluster resource MSDTC has failed (SNMP Trap: 15006 in CPQCLUS.MIB)'. Could someone please explain to me what this means and if it is anything to worry about? Many Thanks.
