I am trying to run MSDSS to migrate from Novell. When I run the Microsoft Services for netware application I get to the part "Setup will now update the Active Directory Schema for Directory Synchronization" I get an error saying It can't update the schema because I do not have sufficient rights on the server responsible for schema updates.

I am on the Primary DC, I am logged in as Administrator. I am a member of all admin groups and I have tried different users who are members to these groups too. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Have you made sure that you are part of the schema admins group in AD? Before you install MS Services for Netware, have you gone over the documentation to ensure that you have met all the pre-requisites? Ideally you should test this first before deploying it live in your environment
