For those of you that aren't aware, Microsoft is giving away a one year subscription to MSDN if you're the owner of one of the Visual Studio development tools (VB, Interdev, C++, J++). Just go to <A HREF=" TARGET="_new"> and click on MSDN subscriptions, and then Subscription info. Then click on the FREE MSDN icon. You can specify either CDROM or DVD. Well worth the time it takes to fill out the form.
nick bulka

Now that's helpful!

For those of you saying your just getting started, you should obtain and learn to use this tool. Most of the questions asked in these forums have answers in the MSDN library.

"But, that's just my opinion... I could be wrong".
-pete

I have been a programmer for 14 years, starting Windows Programming with Turbo C++, moving to VB3 shortly afterwards. Yes there is a lot of knowledge in the MSDN, BUT if Microsoft had there act together, it would not be full of workarounds, bug reports and every other kind of sh*t acronyms that Miracleitworkssoft has invented for Buggy code. I don't like being a beta tester for VB6 and having to check the MSDN every 10 minutes to see if my code is crappy or its yet another MS undocumented feature. I love to program in Delphi - at least the help file is not stored on 2 CD's.
Having said which - VB is so easy to use it is easy to forgive MS....well almost....

GramNez
info@easier-commerce.co.uk
<A HREF=" TARGET="_new">
