MSDE: How do I manage it? No MMC Installed!

Hi Everyone,

Please bare with me - newbie to MSDE / SQL Server.

I've installed MSDE onto a Win2003 Server, and the services all seem to be running - however I can't find any management tools such as SQL Enterprise Manager.

Any ideas where I get the management / admin tools from?

He - he - Access ADP's are one alternative, then there are third party products too, see this MSDE 2000 Partners. At least the DbaMgr, is freeware.

This is one of the "catches" with MSDE, it is a scaled down version of SQL server, without those tools.
