I've had no trouble with TS on MSCS, either in application or administration modes. I would point out though, that if you are only trying to cluster your TS for redundancy, you'd be better off using Network Load Balancing for load balancing and availability. AFAICS, you don't really gain much by using MSCS to handle direct TS connections.
