MSConfig message 1

After using MSConfig to make a change to my startup programs, I reboot and get a notification that I have made a change using the System Configuration Utility. The problem is that this message comes up every time I login, even though the change was made many reboots ago. I have checked the box on the message window that says to not display this message, but that doesn't stop it. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Set MSConfig to "Normal" rather than "Selective" startup. If no joy, in MSConfig re-enable the startup program and then use AutoRuns to disable the startup program:

Be sure to set in MSConfig "Normal" startup.
