Msconfig equivalent in Windows 2000

Msconfig works for Windows 98 and WinXP to remove unwanted items from your system startup OR to modify how you would like your PC to boot. Is there an equivalent to this in Windows 2000 other than the registry?

You might be able to use the computer management in the administrative folder
