msconfig change caused 'program files' folder start each boot

Hi all

This is a minor niggle I would like to get rid of if possible.

Some time ago I made some changes to startups using msconfig (before finding better options). Ever since then the Program Files folder has been opening with each bootup of the computer. It's easy enough to close, I know, but would prefer it not to happen in the first place. If anyone can help with a solution I would appreciate it.
