MScomm32.ocx not avialable in Access 2010?

I need to send commands to an external device using a serial port.
My understanding is that that I need to select the reference to the Microsoft Communications Control (MScomm32.ocx).
But is not available in the list of references!

What do I need to do?
I am using Windows 7 64 Bit & Access 2010 32 bit

Try : C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Mscomm32.ocx
